On October 1st 1992, the first School of Christ was born in Russia with its ContinentalBibleSchool. One hundred and two students from all across the former Soviet Union came to be trained. Three months later, at Christmas 1992, one hundred students graduated and were sent forth into cities and villages where the Gospel was not being preached in order to plant new churches. Five years later, there were 2,000 native missionaries who had graduated the School of Christ and had gone forth to plant over 3,000 new churches.
Since then it has naturally spread with a life of its own out across the world. Students have been trained in, or sent into, at least 130 nations of the world. It is now found in every continent stirring the Church to press forward with the great commission. It has spread strongly in the Chinese underground church where it was used to train up leaders in the 'Back to Jerusalem' movement. Across the Middle East Schools are being run in Iraq, Iran and Egypt. No culture, threat or danger is a barrier. Schools are run in Cuba, Indonesia, India, Zambia, Albania, Ireland and a host of other nations. From the North Pole to the Amazon jungles God has indeed blessed this work.
The School of Christ is comprised of 155 lessons divided up into 19 series. These series cover many aspects that are not covered in a seminary. The School of Christ is not meant to replace long term Bible schools or seminaries. The School of Christ is designed to equip men and women to plant new churches, and to carry the Gospel intelligently to those regions beyond. We believe that the church comes out of life, not doctrine or orthodoxy or by human effort and resource. If the student can become full of the life of God, then wherever he or she goes in the will of God, a church will be born.

This School has been used of God to send forth a great host of preachers and leaders across the world aswell as raising up ten's of thousdands of new churches in every continent, country and culture. This is a call-back to the passion, power and purity of the Church as seen in the Book of Acts. Leaders over hundreds of churches as well as those newly called to the ministry have seen the neccessity of graduating in this School.

EUROPEAN PREACHERS CONVENTION 2012
Monday 29th October (7.30 p.m meeting) till Thursday 1st November - 12.00 a.m.
This will be a 20th anniversary convention. For four days we will join together in fellowship and worship to allow the Lord to speak to us from His Word and to seek Him in prayer for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon this Prodigal Continent of Europe.
The first School of Christ International was run for three months starting on 1st October 1992 in Russia. We want to thank God for His wonderful blessing and provision over these 20 years. From its founding in 1992 Brother Clendennen was used of the Lord for the next 18 years to influence preachers and leaders in more than 150 countries from the steps of the Kremlin to the Amazon Jungle. The number 20 in the Bible symbolizes future expectation. We do indeed have a future expectation for this work in Europe and across the world.
We hope to be able to translate for as many as five different languages at this convention. It will indeed be a European convention.
